After missing out on the September international window, Mexico veterans Raul Jimenez and Guillermo Ochoa are back with this October. Jimenez, the Fulham striker, has had a bright start to the campaign with the while 39-year-old Ochoa is being handed another chance in net.

Manager Javier Aguirre named his entire squad for the upcoming window, with matches against the U.S. men's national team and Spanish La Liga side Valencia.

In a rare instance, the national team will face the Spanish club. It will be a farewell match for legend Andres Guardado, who is playing his final game for his country against the team he represented from 2012-2015.

Of note with the roster, though, is the selection of Seattle Sounders teenage star Obed Vargas, who is a dual-national with and the USMNT. The 19-year-old has seemingly made his choice on which nation he will represent, with the U.S. losing out on the talented young midfielder.

In total, 27 players were called up, eight of whom compete abroad. However, both Santiago Gimenez and Chucky Lozano were excluded, as they are both dealing injuries at the moment.
